Accessible America came in with the best price and the best warranty for the price, I.e. 10 years for the motor and drive and 2 years for parts and labor. And there are no maintenance requirements. One company offices a lifetime limited warranty but was $2,000 more in price snd my guess is that 10 years should be sufficient for my 90 year old mom. The contract and the review of the operation was done remotely as I live in Florida and needed to have the outdoor chair lift installed before we take mom up to her hole in Pittsburgh. Ryan set up a Google Meet, similar to FaceTime and showed us the installation and operation of the unit. It was very professional done."
